Help configuring SHOUTcast 2.0 beta

Can someone please explain to me step by step how to install Shoutcast 2.0 beta? I have 1.9.8 working but i want 2.0 for the authentication key option. I downloaded the 2.0 that is shown at the downloads section on the SHOUTcast website,but it has only the sc_server.exe file , and when i click it nothing happens,just a few files appear in the folder(rip and ban files) and that's all.Also i checked the README file but i can't understand what to do. So could anyone help?

Can someone please explain to me " aLSO in detail " I have 1.9.8 and it is not working . . . . the NSCRT.dll was not found. The authentication key, where and which line do I type in the code within the sc_serv file? So could anyone help me as well?
