it's not a snappy one liner in an action flick, but i saw hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy a few weeks ago.
the part on the alien planet with the spatulas that smack you in the face for thinking, beyond epic, without a doubt the most memorable thing i've seen in a movie. I hate everyone, so you don't have to.
