I cant change album art

a while ago i was updating the pictures of all my songs, the last one i did was Minnie Riperton and since then all the songs that didnt have an album art pic got the Minnie Riperton pic and i can´t change it, i tried to change it for another pic by downloading the correct album art and it doesnt change! i even tried to use some of my own pictures and it goes back to Minnie! what can i do to take that picture off my songs? btw.. i cant chage any of the other album art, even if its the correct album art.
my winamp is v 5.58.

each set of songs from an album should be in its own folder, and the art should be " Folder.jpg "

then, clear your library and rescan. or right click the album art and click "refresh album art."

mm ok,l i´ll arrange it in their own folder.. but why was i able to change the picture before and not now? refresh doesnt work.

its hard to say, ergo why you should use a known good system for organizing files, folders, etc... also, art can be IN the tag, and that takes precedence over folder based art, but i never embed my art. one folder per album, and one Folder.jpg per album/folder, with a copy of it in the same folder in case WMP overwrites it. make sure you can see hidden files, and delete any other image files in there.
