Links Keep Breaking

I don't know if this issue has been addressed elsewhere, but I'm having a problem with my Shoutcast station. I am able to broadcast just fine, and after a few minutes of starting the stream, it lists in the Shoutcast directory. The PROBLEM is, I have the embedded player keeps dying! That is to say, I get fresh code, plug it into my pages, and everything will work fine for a few hours, then it plays nothing (stream not found). A similar thing happens with my Shoutcast app on my iPod. I have my station selected as a favorite, but when I go to access it, it says "stream not found" or station... I can't remember. But then I'll SEARCH for my station, and it shows up, and plays beautifully.

Long story short (I know, too late), I have to SEARCH for my stream every time in order to get it.

Is this a dynamic / static IP issue?

PS. My station is 24/7 (barring any tech problems), and I host it myself.

Oh... side note. I don't know if anyone from Nullsoft frequents these forums, but the web form on the "Contact Us" page (Shoutcast website) doesn't work. It says that the form cannot be submitted, and to try again later. Been that way for almost 2 weeks.
