Shoutcast relay to multiple iPhone's

Dear Shoutcast experts

I want to know if it is possible to connect to a shoutcast stream and then relay it to a local shoutcast server in my house in order to have a party so everyone can connect to a local server. Bandwidth here in SA is slow so I cannot have everyone surf a shoutcast station directly off my home Internet connection.

Any ideas - I do not know shoutcast yet but am a developer and have a Centos server in the house, so where do I start.
