SHOUTcast API Partner Program - Important Update

As you all are already aware, the new SHOUTcast 2.0 API platform has been released and we are currently focused on migrating current 1.0 API partners to the 2.0 APIs. The migration is estimated to be complete on or about December 6, 2010.

Unfortunately, due to this migration, we are not currently accepting new partners. NOTE: This does not affect you if you have already submitted a Partner Request - someone from the SHOUTcast team to get in touch with you. Thank you for your patience.

If you are a current licensed partner and are still using the 1.0 API, please use http://www.shoutcast.com/partner_request_form to coordinate your migration as soon as possible (providing information on your existing Developer ID and any relevant information pertaining to your usage of the API).

If you would like to contact our team about possibly joining the SHOUTcast Radio API Partner Program when it resumes taking new partners, please use http://www.shoutcast.com/partner_request_form and include a product/application description. A member of the SHOUTcast team will contact you when new partner requests are being accepted.

Click here for more information on the new 2.0 APIs. (note: use http://www.shoutcast.com/partner_request_form for contact requests and not the email address shown on the linked blog post)

Our goal is to improve the SHOUTcast platform on a regular basis and the new 2.0 APIs is another piece in improving SHOUTcast experience for Developers and Listeners.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this migration.

Thanks!
f.
