due to it's inability to burn cds (or should i say, ALL THE CRAZY REQUIREMENTS) and it's absolute refusal to import Windows Media Player playlists.

it seems it was so much better a year ago.
IT DOESN'T EVEN COME WITH THE BENTO SKIN ANYMORE!
