Winamp still ships the Bento skin(s), just make sure, that you run the full or pro installer and enable 'Modern skin support' in the components list of the installer

Winamp also still imports WMP playlist files, it requires, that Nullsoft WMA Decoder is installed and you may want to enable support for additional playlist formats under Preferences > Plugins > Nullsoft Window Media decoder > 'Enable additional WAX/WMX/WVX playlist extensions'.

As for the burning support, read the sticky thread in tech support forum and post athread with all the required infos and a list of your installed plugins, otherwise nobody can help you.
