Smartview Queries

What syntax can I use (nothing I have found seems to be relevant) to create queries to:

1 - view all files where 'filename' > 50 characters

2 - view all files where 'samplerate' < 44khz

Sorry, but the Smart View quire syntax is not that advanced.
