A tough one

I need to know if there is a command line that can be added to winamp.exe to enque songs in a read only format. My band has a cd and we have included the songs on the cd in MP3 format as well. So that when you click a link in a flash movie, it is supposed to start Winamp (from the cd) with the songs already cued up and ready to play. I've tried the syntax: winamp.exe /song.mp3 but to no avail. Is there a way? I would just make a playlist file but it needs to be able to work on systems that don't already have Winamp on them. Please help if you know how to do this.
