A playlist feature

I was wondering... Is there a feature or plugin that automatically deletes a song from your playlist once it is played?

I use winamp at my rock/metal nightclub and this kind of feature would be useful... The playlist gets out of hand especially when there's lots of song requests.

I would like more detail if one exists or maybe an alernative solution.
