Help me find a song please.

As everyone else I have this song I've been looking for ages...
I don't know the name or the artist, here's all what I know:
The song is from the period 2002-2005.
It's a house song, I heard it in a club I've been to, and later that year I've seen on TV being played at FTV review (it's possibly released on some FTV album, but I never found it this way)
It has a female vocal that is most likely Italian, altho the Italian thing is just a hunch.
And last - as it is a house there wasn't much lyrics, but the female vocal sang something of the sorts:
"...develop develop develop parimpampenee"
Yeah, I know it sounds strange but that's all I remember.
