Winamp Android Grabbing Local Game Sounds

I've installed Winamp on my EVO 4G and Dungeon Hunter from Gameloft. As I was running through my playlist I suddenly started having a number of odd sounds that I soon realized were the sound effects from the game. Is there a way to exclude the game's sound effects folder from being read and played by Winamp? There are almost 200 files.
