W2K 2.75 Issues

When I close winamp in w2k (sp2, relatively clean system - this isn't from a 3rd party program), via any means, it will show up on the processes list immediately afterwards and shoot to using 99% cpu time until I kill it there. This didn't happen in 2.74 or any other version, and from reading down this forum it appears that many other people are having this problem to varying degrees in w2k. Please fix =)

Disable Agent (Prefs -> Agent: uncheck all 3 options)
Remove 3rd party plugins, particularly General Purpose ones (eg. gen_mircex.dll)
