When I set the skins to random play I have been getting them scroll and also the music at a wild pace with no playing I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and get it still. I have run a scan for a virus and had even updated my virus program to current version. Is it a skin, is it a song? Or is it me? Dave

I don't understand what you mean by "getting them scroll"???? please explain!
But, as for songs playing fast with no sound, this happens when you set the Output Plugin to DiskWriter. Goto: Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Output Select either "WaveOut" (default), or "DirectSound", but NOT DiskWriter or WMA Out. If it was set to DiskWriter, you might want to scan your HDD for any new large WAV files that have been recently created, 'cos that's what DiskWriter does . . . converts files to WAV. If the problem is something else, please explain clearly, and include your sys specs (especially: CPU+Speed; RAM; Soundcard; Windows OS) |

Scroling lists and skins
It had been working fine but now when I set the skins to random play with a song and I set the songs to play the skins just keep switching one per second and the song list just starts scrolling with no playing. Looks more like a one armed bandit LOL

![]() Anyway . . . Hmmm . . . does the same playlist play ok when random skin feature is disabled? If not, then check the playlist for dead links (rt click each entry -> Playlist Entry) Maybe you've moved/renamed the actual files that the list refers to? If it ain't this, then I don't have a clue what's causing it ![]() Personally, I can't stand the random skin feature . . . never use it! |
