How to get SiSoies Visualisation Library to work?

Okay I downloaded SiSoies Visualisation Library and ran it. It installed CALCCOL (Opens to a window that asks for Red,Green,Blue color numbers then asks if these are right, hit yes and it keeps asking for numbers, typed in numbers for them 29 times before I closed it), SSpectrA (says it is a help document when I open...Not really a help document about how to run just to set colors...), and SSpectrA.dll. If anyone knows how to get this working please leave a post, please and thanks.

Place SSpectrA.dll in the Program Files\Winamp\Plugins folder. Next time you run Winamp it should appear in Preferences > Plug-inns > Visualization

Note: you might need to add vis_ to the beginning of SSpectrA.dll so the file name will be vis_SSpectrA.dll
