ShoutCast: override next/prev to swit channels

Thanks for this Android player, it's now my main music app!

I set up a bunch of favorite radio channels, but going back to the list of channels takes too long and is kinda difficult while driving.

REQUEST: Can we have an option where the {PREV} and {NEXT} buttons which are currently grayed out go through the list of your "favorites" radio channels? That way when a commercial hits, you can easily go to another one. Not like you're using those buttons anyway! :-P

An improvement to this would be to implement holding the buttons to cycle through the channel list forward and backward.

Anyone else think this would be useful?
