Re-synch an a-synch nsv file

I rip my own streams to watch them again afterwards (read: my OWN streams, no need for bla bla ripping), but sometimes the file is a-synch, i.e. the video is ~1.5 seconds behind the audio.

Is there a tool to re-snych it?

I know exactly what you're talking about, but I am not aware of a solution to this.
