Export entire music library into a text file?

I'd like to get my entire list of MP3s and export it to a list that I could give to someone. The best thing would be an export to Excel if possible. Any ideas?

http://nunzioweb.com/daz/mlexporter.html is the nearest i can think off with the plain text and csv options. otherwise Winamp has a native iTunes xml type file for dumping the database contents and then you run something over that.
