How do you register for YP2?

i see some confusion over the different registration options. i believe C100 is having issues with making an account to then use on the http://www.shoutcast.com/my-stations page.

i'd have thought it's possible to leave the zip code stuff empty (has been 7 years since i registered on the site and things have changed since then so i'm probably wrong). otherwise it's possible to use other account providers to get an account i believe.
