Major Problems with Playlist SYNC via WiFI

I think I'm having similar issue:

I configured PC winamp to sync all playlists and all songs rated 5 to android (Gingerbread 2.3) about 1500 songs total.

After each sync over wifi, PC winamp says it want to delete about 100-150 songs and copy songs with the same names again, over and over.

I wonder if something went corrupt on either PC or android side and how to recover from it?
