winamp2.75 +via audio+cd-play+pause=crash?

Hi,

My computer is AbitVt6x4 Mobo, 384Mb ram, via-audio on the MB, latest drivers, Win2k sp1 Finnish, cd-rom toshiba
+Promise Fast-Trak 66 Raid + 2x Samsung 40Gb hdd's Raid-1
and 2 3Com net-cards..

When using winamp2.75 I can totally crash my system while playing music cd's and pausing and starting to play the track again.

Well the crashing has happened some times. With Windows media player crashes aren't happening when I play+pause... many times in a row. I haven't tested exactly how to cause the crash. Cause the system has to be rebooted then... I even can't access anything with ctrl+alt+del after the crash.

I thought it might be a winamp bug cause, or win2k bug, dunno for sure. Dunno if it's VIA bug, but I doubt, cause I can't get Windows media player to crash.

Prefs -> Input -> CD Plugin -> config
Uncheck "sample input from soundcard"
