Shoutcast DNAS server not accepting connections... (solved)

I'm having a strange problem with my Shoutcast DNAS server, using version 1.9.8/win32.

After months of trouble-free use, its now rejecting connections. Some symptoms:

- The rejection happens instantly, and nothing is shown in the log of either the server or the client. The server doesn't react at all, clients simply can't connect to it. When I click "connect" in the Winamp Nullsoft Shoutcast Source, it just instantly fails.

- if I restart the server, it accepts connections for about a minute.

- after about a minute it stops accepting connections, and these lines are always in the server log:

Could that be the cause of the problem? If so, is there some way to disable its connection to shoutcast.com?

Its odd that nothing at all has changed in the server.
