Help idenifying music track (sample inside)

Hello everyone! I have been trying to find out who is the artist and the name of this song so far i've been through several websites but yet no answers. I wonder if anyone here who has a large history of listening to music might help me identify this song. I found it on audio cassette and the quality is somewhat normal, but it didn't contain any words and it's not a full record.
