No genre category on PC when viewing android device

How come that although I can see the genre category on my Android Winamp, the genre column does not appear on my PC Winamp when viewing my android device? The ability to create my android playlists by sorting genre on my PC is crucial but at present can't do so.

Also, is there a way to select multiple songs at the same on the Winamp app? This feature would also help when creating playlists while away from the PC
