Is there anything wrong with doing this?:

Section -Post
WriteUninstaller "$INSTDIR\${PRODUCT_NAME}\uninst.exe"
. . .
Exec "$INSTDIR\${PRODUCT_FILE_TITLE}.exe"
Quit
SectionEnd
