Car stereo that can run Winamp?

Thanks for the reply. That's exactly the way I feel re Winamp and using the playlist on the fly and I want a screen bigger than the biggest mobile screens too though. I just think a laptop or car PC is a bit bulky but I can't find any big brands that make car stereos with functionality in the same ball park as a car PC/laptop.
