What's the name of the skin shown on the homepage?

Hello everyone! I'm a new around here. =)

I apologize if this is a dumb request...

I want that skin shown in the homepage - "winamp 5.6 The Ultimate Media Player"

In particular, I want the color scheme and icons.

If anyone might know the name of that skin, anything almost exactly like it (Non-shiny dark grey over black), or like the current UI for the online game platform, Steam

Currently using a skin called "Void" but looking for a bit more detail

Thanks in advance! (I will read up on how to make these if it turns out there is no other way.)
