Upgrading from 5.572 to 5.621

Hi,
Firstly, I'd like to apologise for this as it's probably been asked a million times.

I'm about to upgrade from 5.572 to 5.621, but I don't want to have to lose my settings (font size, layout, smart views etc etc).

Is there any way I can backup the settings, and install the new version, then just copy them over?

If it matters, I'm using Windows 7.
