Wifi Sync failed only "to" device

After using winanp for andriod i decided to download for my PC (Java not working on Web page but googled a link to a USA website to get the download).

After installing I discovered and attached my HTC Wildfire S. I deleted songs on the device from the PC app, I transferred songs from the device to the PC using the PC app.

I set-up the sync just to take a two song playlist (not all library). There is 140Mb free on phone memory, 6Gb on SD card

Sync fails every time.

I select individual songs and try to send to device....failed every time

Can anyone help?
