Flac Bug?

I have a HTC sensantion XE with Winamp Pro (flac support)
When i try to control my HTC sensation XE via my winamp on my pc - I can't copy albums of Flac files on to the HTC. I does not accept the flac files.
If I copy the flac files to the HTC via Windows explorer, the winamp App does recognize the Flac files.
If i locate the Flac files on the HTC via an explorer App. I can play the Flac with winamp with no problems.

please correct or tell me what I am doing wrong.
