Issues syncing to Android phone
Hi, I'm having a hell of a time with Winamp and Winamp for Android.
When syncing, I can clearly see songs in the transfer queue that I have long since deleted from my library. Of course, they're still on my hard drive, but as they're no longer in Winamp they should not be synced to my device. I can confirm that they're not in my library by searching for them, and nothing shows up. Yet when I search the phone for the music, the deleted tracks do show up. Why are they being synced? I can even see the results of this in the song totals- there are 2432 items on my phone (after deleting all songs, reinstalling Winamp for Android, and syncing), while there are only 2386 items in my Winamp library on my computer. Am I not deleting songs from my library correctly? I select them in "Local Media," and then hit delete and say "yes" when it asks for confirmation. I'm also having an issue with playlist sync. It clearly syncs the playlists according to Winamp on my computer, but they're nowhere to be found when I look at my phone. I can see them in the list of playlists in the Winamp sidebar under my device name. And yet they don't appear on the phone. Honestly, this is the more annoying issue. I can live with a few tracks I've deleted, but this just does not work. Even right-clicking the playlists and selecting "send to" my device doesn't make the playlists show up. What's up with this?
