winamp gold for Android purchase not recognized

Title pretty much sums my problem up. I had the free version of winamp for Android but then paid for the gold version.the product was fantastic for a few weeks. However, after receiving an OTA system update I had to reinstall winamp. Now winamp refuses to recognize as the paid for gold version. I have tried to contract nullsoft through their feedback channels but the have not responded. Google marketplace says they cannot help since the purchase was made in-app. Can someone from nullsoft please reply or a veteran user advise?
