FC on Tablet for some playlists

I have identical music on my phone (2.3) and tablet (3.01). On my tablet, some playlists with cause a force close when I select them. On my phone, the same playlists are fine. Some playlists do work, and I can't see any difference in looking at the files (they are m3u). The one's that force close do seem to be longer playlists.
