im not sure that would work dude....what if the smartest guy in the country was a woos and let other countries bomb us? what if the smartest guy in the country didnt care to answer the phone @ 3 am, but instead just slept through it, and it was a general on the other line wanting to warn the president of incoming danger?

Nah, elections are still the best way, i blame the media for sucky reporting and kissing candidates asses. We need a media news organization that is not for either political side, but just reports the facts. Short and sweet. Then citizens would be better informed instead of brain washed with lies......
