skins will not load from website

when i try and install an new skins from winamp.com it does not load. classic or modern.

i have read in a few post about skins not load that said I needed to reinstall winamp select modern skins during setup. I did this but still can load skins.

Open your explorer and goto your winamp folder (Usually located under Program Files) then the skins folder.

Tell me what folders and files you see there.
