"The device is out of space"

I am trying to sync music via wireless between my win 7 notebook with Winamp v5.622 and a Xperia X10a running Android 2.1 and Winamp v1.2.7, and the desktop just gives me an error "this device is out of space" when i try to drag and drop any music/playlist to the device. It also fails to load the data from my phone. Am I missing something?
