Cannot start songs anywhere but at the beginning - slider doesn't work

I cannot start songs or podcasts anywhere but at the beginning. Moving the slider makes the track start over from the beginning again.

This functionality worked fine on earlier Winamp versions.

I've cleared Winamp data and even formatted the SD card, but get the same results.

The default Android music player continues to work just fine, so I'm guessing it's not a problem with my files.
