Urgh, yeah, just been looking into it, and seems as though the Galaxy Nexus doesn't do USB Mass Storage.
Therefore, Winamp is possibly detecting it as a MTP / Plays4Sure device using pmp_p4s.dll, not pmp_android.dll

Like spetrillo says, the Format Info options in the Advanced tab are only there for devices handled by pmp_android & pmp_usb.

This could well prove to be a problem
We're looking into it....

Alas, there's nothing you can do about it at the moment (as far as Winamp is concerned).
You could petition Samsung/Google to only make Android devices which support usb mass storage mode in future (like all other Android devices).

Galaxy S2 / S3 models DO support usb mass storage mode.
The above applies to Galaxy Nexus ONLY.
