NSIS Scripting

Hallo again today!
Embedded in the NSIS tool is a scripting capability to add ListBoxes, if I have understood what I have read.
Is it part of a simple scripting capability just for NSIS or is it usable for other tasks?
Or is it part of a scripting language usable for other desktop tasks?
I hope to hear.

No, you can not use NSIS script to create a ListBox in other software. You can only use NSIS script to do stuff in an NSIS installer.
