I need HELP and I mean NOW

I am also a newbie, inexperienced at technical things...For some reason my iTunes just up & quit and after wrestling with it for a couple of weeks, installing & uninstalling, battling error messsages, etc., and losing much sleep & most of my small amount of sanity, I gave up on iTunes until they fix their glitches...

I just finshed loading all my music, over 90,000 songs (610GB+), and I can't get the songs to play continuously (one of the joys of iTunes)! The manual playlist advance is NOT checked,and it plays the 1st title and STOPS...I also have a problem with the counter stopping at 0:12 on the very first song!! Then the screen whites over and I get the box telling me Winamp is not working, please Close...

I am slowly going insane and about to take hostages...Can you guys please, PLEASE help me???
