I can not sync music with iPod

Hello,

I have the latest winamp 5 full.
After transfer mp3 music to iPod is not playable
Connect the ipod with itunes and see that the music is as "unknown format" (marked in yellow on the disk usage bar)
I have to "restore" the iPod so that it is empty and transfer the music with the damn itunes.

Why not work with winamp ipod plugin?

I have an ipod classic 160 gb updated.

Is there any solution?

I had thought of using the plugin "mlipod" but the author says he does not develop it anymore:

That's sad, I know, But Apple does so much to make it hard or impossible to manage events Their Toys without iTunes. They want to force you to use iTunes, Because They Have Control over your way more listening and buying habits that Way. Hey, They make so much money with the iTunes store, of course They want to trick you in. That's the game. Apple's just a company That wants to make money, like everybody else."

Itunes sucks for many reasons.
I never thought I should be FORCED to use it, if so I would not have bought the iPod.

I can not believe Apple, with its empire of millions and millions of dollars continue to have crap like itunes instead of doing something like winamp.
