Hey,

About a month ago my Winamp Locker stopped working. It wouldn't let me sign in. It keeps taking me, again and again, back to the sign in page. My cookies and java are enabled fully as far as I can tell, and Winamp has not replied to my pleas of help yet. So anything you can do to help would be more than greatly appreciated.

but, in the meantime, goto:
C:\Windows\Cookies
make sure there's a cookie in there called:
anyuser@myplay.winamp.com
It'll probably look something more like:
anyuser@myplay.winamp[1].txt

I've got 4 of them, 3 as above, ending in [1], [2], [3].txt
and one: anyuser@myplay[1].txt

If these have been deleted then that'll be your problem.

myplay.com should be able to restore your account, though I think you'll at least need to know the username and/or password that you first logged on with.
I'm not entirely sure how it works, but all being well they'll be able to help you.

btw, via which link are you trying to access your locker?
1. Winamp minibrowser
2. winamp.com/music
3. http://myplay.winamp.com/mp/locker/locker.jsp
