my radio station is not on the list

My DeenRadio station was in search before but is not list in search right now. Audio streaming company I am going though had server outage while back I think after that it stop listing. Everything is same as for i can see setting wise. Please Help how can i get it add in shoutcast database so when peoples search they find it.

If you are renting a hosting service then you will need to ask your provider for support as you probably don't have the necessary access to the logs and other various files needed for us to be able discern your problem.

I do have access to logs file I think cause they let me login to shoutcast server. I am using sam. Renting company saying I have to contact shoutcast.

Okay I just found out yesterday on my SAM on the station info it said my station name in the box I did change it. On the Sam Search it still said my station name. How long does it take to change on the database.

Can you post a trailing snippet from your DNAS logs? Which version of the DNAS are you using?
Note: Please do not confuse the w3c log for the standard log.

based on the general lack of information provided in the posts, i'd have to assume you're referring to http://www.shoutcast.com/Internet-Radio/deenradio which is in the search results - when details are changed and / or a restart of DNAS happens, the listing can take up to 30 mins in the worst case to reappear (though is more usually around the 10 mins time scale).

like with anything SHOUTcast related, you need to have some patience for the listing to turn up.

and as a note, trying to get support help on the friday night / saturday morning irrespective of how massively important it is will not be done any faster by bumping the thread within a few hours of the initial post.

I got to working now. I had to back in shoutcast server as admin and do force update in AuthoHash and that took care of it.

yeah that is needed at the moment since updates of the authhash sadly aren't reflected instantly. that will change at some point along with tool updates to support it.
