RealPlayer format (rmx)

I have a problem, since I burned a song via RealJukebox I'am stuck in the rmx format. I go back into RealJukebox and try to make it record in mp3, and it says it's going to do that but it doesn't.

I also looked for recorders out on the net would be do it and no luck at all.

Can any one help me?
