Manage winamp from another login.

I'm looking for a way to manage winamp from another windows login. For example if my kids started playback on their account, how can I stop it from mine? (without the task manager)
An xmms2-like way to completely manage media library and playback across accounts would be great, but i'd settle for a simple stop-script.

do u have a droid phone? it has apps that do remote control.
