I need help..not sure where to go...

I know there's a big thing in these forums for not posting things repeatedly....and I've looked, believe me, I've looked, and I can't find this answer, so if it's a repeat question, I'm sorry. But I'll make this quick. I need help.

We have a Shoutcast Server (we own the stream server..we use Shoutcast to run it, etc). We run radio shows off of it, and we're starting a new live radio show (run off of SAM Broadcaster, straight to our Stream Server). It's actually a cooperative effort, with a number of different, competing "stations" all joining together to "simulcast" the live show. Through testing, we've come to realize that we can't broadcast from SAM to each individual station's Encoder separately at the same time, our uppload bandwidth won't support it (dumb AT&T). We're TOLD that if we give the OTHER stations permission, and give them the IP and Port of the stream WE have, that THEY can "relay" it and just send it back out over their streams, albeit with some delay, we realize that. I know that "relay" might not be the right term....and i'm sorry..

The problem is, we can't figure out how the heck to DO that. We can't find that answer anywhere. And we're also wondering if it's going to change in process with each one being on a different stream server (some are on the same server...but there are multiples, for sure..).

I'd greatly appreciate if someone could A) tell me how or B) point me in the right direction of a resource that CAN.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Steve
