Bug Winamp Open New Instance Upon Enqueue

hi, I am running win 7 x64, winamp current rev.
when running winamp in elevate mode, (because old plugin wont run well normally)
and trying to enqueue a file, (to add to playlist)
winamp starts another version of winamp non-elevated ...
even though options were set to only run one instance of winamp.

the problem really starts, by the old plugin that stores info in the registry.
in order to access and save data it needs to run elevated. then of course drag and drop doesn't work. now enqueue doesn't either.

there needs to be a way to easily get new music into a playlist when run elevated.
i also have keyboard with shortcuts that runs elevated. one button brings up winamp, always elevated, old plugin working. but no drag and drop.

any suggestions, definitely winamp has a bug to allow multiple instances of program.
you should fix that at least.

btw enhancer 0.17 is the plugin i speak of.

http://www.nunzioweb.com/daz/enhancer/ fixes the issues with Enhancer on newer OSes so you don't need to elevate (which will otherwise cause the issue you are seeing).
