before i made my first post here I had primcast (my server provider) remote control my computer with me and look at all my encoder and server settings. they said all was well and that I needed to reach out to the shoutcast folks and investigate further.
seems now that we're at a deadend. this was working for weeks up on shoutcast, now it isn't.
