Genre Column Lost after re-sizing Album Column

G'day ,

Just playing with the size of my columns in my media library , I have it set-up to show the Artist - Genre - Album.

However, after re-sizing the Album list to overlap the Genre list, now the Genre list is no longer displayed.

Restarted Winamp , but it retained the column settings, and the Genre list is still gone.

Changed the column filters to show, Album - Album Art, and many others before going back to try to show the Genre list again. But she is still gone...

I don't want to re-install, scared I am going to lose all my ratings and playcounts... again... How can I work around this?

Finally worked it out...

10 seconds of further playing around, the Artist column was "pushed" to overlap the Genre column... so moving the Artist column concealed the Genre column.

I did investigate and google solutions before pouncing to the threads, delete this if you must, but could help another winamp-er out with a simple column formatting dilema...

It is interesting to note though, that in resetting the columns to the default settings, winamp still retained my column sizes... which still hid the genre column.

doing Ctrl + Shift + NumPad Plus when the list is selected will re-size the columns to the size of the contents which will generally get all zero sized columns to show.

i was going to suggest customizing the columns to temp remove the column and then readding it, but i'm not sure that would have worked. or maybe removing all columns but genres, maybe making it easier to uncover.

maybe tho you don't mean the tracks pane, but rather one of the other panes?
